Roast Chicken Dinner & Roast Turkey Dinner

Roast chicken dinner is an absolute comfort food classic and I’ve been waiting to put this on the menu for a few years now. More then that, roast turkey dinner is my favorite holiday meal to make and I love to make it with all the trimmings from scratch! One of my signature accompaniments is a family recipe called poinsettia salad - cranberry sauce with crunchy apple and pineapple with a whipped pineapple topping that goes famously with roast turkey, or ham! It’s an old recipe we’ve been making it for at least 40 years in my family. So, how I’m going to offer this is, roast chicken dinner in September and November. Then I’ll offer roast turkey dinner in October and December for the holidays. Roast Chicken Dinner - roast chicken, mashed potatoes, roasted root vegetables and luscious gravy. Roast Turkey Dinner - roast turkey, mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, stuffing, gravy and poinsettia salad.
