This recipe is a real hit with my family. It is light, fresh, and a delicious weekday meal! This Egg Roll bowl is offered with ground pork or tofu. Ground pork is sauteed with fresh ginger and garlic. Then it’s seasoned with tamari (soy sauce) and sesame oil. Finally kale, cabbage and carrot are added to the mix. This dish is served on a bed of basmati rice, drizzled with plum sauce and topped with crispy wonton strips! Absolutely delish.
