THIS! I love when you have a dish you love and turn it into something else. Well, I absolutely love bruschetta but I tend to have it in the summer months. Why not bring it into winter as a Bruschetta Pasta?! Imagine, penne pasta tossed in olive oil, basil, roasted tomatoes, roasted garlic, olives, onion, feta cheese and drizzled with balsamic glaze.
