Korean BBQ Short Ribs, Kimchi Fried Rice and Spicy Pickled Cucumbers

Korean-style short ribs (the long thin ribs) are marinated in a kalbi sauce. Then bbq'd on the grill. The kimchi fried rice is packed with flavor, from the kimchi, scallions, and furakake (nori and sesame seeds). This dish is topped with home made spicy pickled cucumbers to cut through the rich rice and ribs. Yummy!!
